Work out under the supervision of our instructors and have more motivation and fun whilst exercising by joining our group classes. Whether you join our Group Class Package or opt for a walk-in session, our great variety of classes challenges you to work harder and help reach your fitness goals.
12:30 - 13:15
TRX suspension training is suitable for all users as it uses body weight as resistance. With such a simple and effective tool you can increase strength, power, and flexibility all in one go.
19:00 - 20:00
Challenge yourself with our Yin and Yang Yoga sessions. An asana practice that combines strengthening and softening elements to balance the energy within our bodies. Experience both energetic and fluid body movements with long held deep stretches to bring in focus, stillness and calmness to our mind and body. Suitable for all levels.
Resistance Band Training
18:30 - 19:30
Exercise band training can enhance muscle strength, flexibility, stamina and overall fitness. A wide range of resistance levels allow it to be adaptable to all ages and fitness levels.
12:30 - 13:30
Active Kickfit is a high-intensity full-body workout based on the movements of kickboxing. By combining kickboxing and fitness, participants will be challenged to improve their strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and balance.
07:45 - 08:30
A dynamic yet grounding practice focuses on moving the body along with the breath. Yoga postures are practiced in a way to connect the body and the mind and to balance the stability and the mobility of the body.
12:30 - 13:30
Recharge and empower yourself through a circuit training with Plyo-boxes, Kettlebells, Battle ropes, Barbells and Medicine balls. Feel more power and energy in your body after a quick Power Hour session.
09:30 - 10:30
Circuit training is a high energy, time effective workout designed to improve stamina, strength and fitness all at the same time!
How to join our Active Health Fitness Classes
Our Group Classes take place at HKU B-Active and CSE Active.
All levels of experience are welcome to join our classes, as modifications will be given.
