Work out under the supervision of our instructors and have more motivation and fun whilst exercising by joining our group classes. Whether you join our Group Class Package or opt for a walk-in session, our great variety of classes challenges you to work harder and help reach your fitness goals.
TRX suspension training is suitable for all users as it uses body weight as resistance. With such a simple and effective tool you can increase strength, power, and flexibility all in one go.

Yin and Yang Yoga
Challenge yourself with our Yin and Yang Yoga sessions. An asana practice that combines strengthening and softening elements to balance the energy within our bodies. Experience both energetic and fluid body movements with long held deep stretches to bring in focus, stillness and calmness to our mind and body. Suitable for all levels.

Cardio Health Boost
Cardio-based HIIT is the most effective way to improve heart health and cardiovascular fitness, thus greatly reduces risk of chronic diseases. This session will provide guided higher intensity cardio program for different level of participants, supplemented with resistance exercises.

How to join our Active Health Fitness Classes
Our Group Classes take place at HKU B-Active and CSE Active.
All levels of experience are welcome to join our classes, as modifications will be given.
You can either sign up for the 4 week course or book a Single Session.
