Active Health Fitness Classes

Work out under the supervision of our instructors and have more motivation and fun whilst exercising by joining our group classes. Our great variety of classes challenges you to work harder and help reach your fitness goals.

Each of our Active Health Fitness Classes consist of 6 session and is available for all people to join (HKU Staff and Students will have a discounted price). 

Next round of classes will start in the week of the 9th of January 2023
Registration of the classes will start on Monday 26st of December at 10:00 am

Jump Rope Fitness

Get your heart pumping and work every muscle in your body with our Jump Rope Fitness sessions. A jump rope workout is a full-body workout, which combines rope skipping with fitness exercise routines. Jumping rope can help spike your heart rate and help boost your cardiovascular endurance, whilst the alternating fitness exercises will target different muscle groups, providing a whole-body workout.
