Strength & Power for Sports Performance

Improve performance by training like an athlete and giving your explosive strength and power a turbo charge!

After testing your baseline strength and power levels, your strength and conditioning coach will introduce you to some of the best exercises for boosting sports performance. You’ll learn Olympic lifts, loaded jumps, plyometrics, sprints, upper-body throws and banded resistances throughout this 9-session programme.

If you’re bored with your regular gym routine, you’re guaranteed to be challenged whilst having fun in every session.

(9 sessions - no session on 23 Oct because of the public holiday on Chung Yeung Festival).

Beginner Strength Training

New to the weight room and looking to build the best version of yourself?

This programme is geared towards helping you learn the correct exercise technique necessary for building a strong foundation to improve performance.

You’ll get instruction from our passionate coaches who will guide you through an initial technique and strength assessment before introducing you to the programme. With our motivation and feedback, you’ll gain confidence in your ability to perform exercises safely and effectively.

Max Muscle

Unlock your maximum muscle potential by performing specialised strength training methods focused on building the best version of yourself!

After completing our initial strength testing and body composition assessment, your strength and conditioning coaches will structure your programme to help you achieve the greatest muscle growth over the 10 weeks.

Whether you're new to the weight room, or a more advanced lifter, you'll benefit from more variation in your training and experimenting with different loading schemes! This programme will introduce you to drop sets, pyramids, pre-fatigue, post-fatigue, rest-pause, plateau loading, wave loading and multi-rep clusters.
