After completing our initial strength testing and body composition assessment, our strength and conditioning coaches will introduce you to the programme designed specifically for women like you to help you look and feel your best.

Strength & Conditioning for Youth Athletes

This strength and conditioning program is specifically designed for young athletes to unleash their performance potential.

It's built on a foundation of movement skills, proper technique, and gradual progression, which helps prevent injuries and promotes long-term success.

Throughout the 8-sessions, our qualified coaches will teach how to control and stabilise with bodyweight exercises and soft resistances, before introducing barbell versions of strength training exercises.

Participants will learn how to develop force rapidly with jumps, hops, and medicine ball throws, whilst our speed and agility exercises have been designed to ensure our young contenders can accelerate and decelerate safely.
