Exercise and Wellness Trainer

Dora is a NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She holds a Master degree in Strength and Conditioning from the Edith Cowan University, Western Australia and a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Health Science at HKU. She is currently a member of the Hong Kong Women�s Baseball National Team and was a former representative in Softball. She is responsible for the development and coordination of service program with special population.
