Our Yoga Classess at Stanley Ho Sports Centre
Links traditional Hatha postures into a sequence of movements that flow naturally from one to the next. This eclectic class will explore variations of sun salutations, standing and seated poses along with body balancing. Connecting the breath with the movement of the body during the flow of yoga and deepening into the stretch allows energy to flow and provides relaxation for the busy mind.
Mondays at 8:30 am - 9:30 am
A gentle healing practice, which focuses on calming the mind and opening the body through easy moderate level of yoga poses. Yin practice (passive long held deep stretches for connective tissues of the body), Prayanama (breathing techniques) and Meditation may be included. All level class with more seated and supine postures.
Tuesdays at 8:30 am - 9:30 am
Aims for stability of the body by improving the core support. Starting with a sequence of strengthening poses, the class finishes with stretching poses to release tension of the muscles and balance the body. Targeted muscle engagement for the core; abs, obliques, back and pelvic floor muscles with deep breathing will help to build strength and awareness in the body and mind.

Join our Yoga Sessions
Our yoga sessions take place at the 2/F of the Henry Fok Health & Fitness Complex at Stanley Ho Sports Centre. All levels of experience are welcome to join the class, as modifications will be given.
